Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a qualified HVAC service technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems under minimal supervision.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/Certification in HVAC or related field or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems; previous experience as an Installer, Maintenance, or Service Technician.
• Required ability to work independently; good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspects equipment and identifies potential problems to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed.
• Delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide accurate status reports and ensure service quality.
