Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and operate under minimal supervision with support from the Field Supervisor.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with 5+ years' experience and technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential/light commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer issues in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Delivers parts/equipment and documents all required information on the device and forms.
• Promotes products and services and communicates with dispatch for status updates.
• Represents the company professionally and adheres to safety procedures.
