Qualifications

• HVAC field experience and technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Works under general supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyses, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required.
• Provides accurate paperwork and collects payments from customers.
• Communicates with dispatch to report status and availability.
• Delivers excellent customer service and promotes products and services.
