Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will work under supervision, resolve customer issues, and promote services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training, EPA/safety certifications, and 0–2+ years of experience. Valid driver's license and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required; valid licensing as per local laws.
• Proficient with servicing heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls.
• Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely manner.
• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and paperwork; collects payment when needed.
• Communicates with dispatch to provide accurate status.
