Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction on every call.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, and a Mechanical Journeyman credential along with EPA certification. Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC-related education and 2+ years of field experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must have Mechanical Journeyman status and relevant licenses as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Order and deliver parts; document service activities and collect payments where applicable.
• Promote products and services to customers and relay sales leads to the office.
