Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Record all required information on the handheld device and process paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch and customer to provide status and collect payments as needed.
