Job summary

Serv Experts Heating & AC-MD LLC seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, resolve problems, and ensure high levels of satisfaction while promoting company products and services.

The role requires EPA and safety certifications, 1–2+ years of HVAC experience, and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work flexible hours, including on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• EPA and safety certifications required.
• 1-2+ years HVAC experience with technical training.
• License or certification as required by local laws for the area.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Record service details on handheld device and complete paperwork accurately.
• Assist with parts delivery/returns and coordinate with dispatch.
