Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and promote services.
• Inspect equipment, perform diagnostics, and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Complete maintenance, documentation, and paperwork neatly and timely.
• Deliver/remediate parts, coordinate with dispatch for status updates.
• Promote products/services and ensure high customer satisfaction.
