Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote products, and ensure complete customer satisfaction while working under supervision as needed.

Minimum 4+ years of HVAC experience with EPA certifications; valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy items; flexible hours and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience in residential or light commercial settings.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and access attics/basements.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers, answer questions, and promote products and services.
• Complete forms, collect payment, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status updates and ETA.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools; uphold professionalism.
