Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, service and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will analyze equipment, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 4+ years of field experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with the team to promote services and maintain our high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 4+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Deliver parts and equipment as needed to complete service work.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide status updates and availability.
• Promote products and services to customers and generate replacement sales leads.
