Job summary

Service Experts LLC is seeking an HVAC technician to diagnose and service residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and work under supervision in Mishawaka, IN.

You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Training academy and growth opportunities accompany competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training or certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• 0–2+ years HVAC experience preferred, entry-level acceptable with training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and services heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Inspects and tests equipment to identify problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Completes routine maintenance and cleans equipment as needed.
• Communicates with dispatch and customers to ensure satisfaction and accuracy of service.
