Job summary
Service Experts is seeking an HVAC technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and work under supervision of a Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0-2+ years experience.
- EPA certifications required.
- License or certification as required by local laws.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
- Inspect and service heating, a/c, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
- Record service data and collect payments using handheld device.
- Communicate with dispatch and promote products/services.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
