Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics. A clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Universal EPA certification.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex high/low voltage electrical systems and read wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior HVAC technicians with daily tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance contracts and routine servicing.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Log equipment data and document conditions accurately.
• Communicate with Team Lead, staff, sales, and customers.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle; complete paperwork timely.
