Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Technician – HVAC to join our Hendersonville, NC team. You will support senior technicians, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot a range of light commercial HVAC equipment up to 25 tons while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field experience, EPA certification, and strong diagnostic skills to interpret wiring schematics and control strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex high and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Understanding of equipment up to 25 tons and VRF systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Log HVAC equipment details and inputs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Abide by basic safe work practices.
• Take care of and maintain company tools and vehicle.
