Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Troubleshoot high- and low-voltage electrical systems; read wiring schematics.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance (belts/filters) and identify anomalies.
• Log equipment data and upload to database.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff, and customers.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle.
