Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Technician – HVAC to support our Raleigh area customers with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs. This role requires strong communication with customers and team members, plus the ability to read schematics and understand complex HVAC systems.

As part of MSS Solutions, you will work under Senior technicians on commercial equipment over 25 tons, participate in job logs, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex high and low-voltage electrical systems; read wiring schematics.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians.
• Perform preventive maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Log equipment data and complete project paperwork.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff, and customers.
