Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex high/low voltage electrical systems and read wiring diagrams.
• Understanding of large HVAC equipment and controls (25+ tons, VRF, chillers, VFDs).
• EPA certification and valid driver's license; able to pass background and drug tests.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians and perform maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Log equipment data and complete project paperwork accurately.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, and customers.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle and abide by safety practices.
