Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians for our Central Virginia Building Services team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and related controls, ensuring reliability for commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician with a focus on troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills on large, complex HVAC systems.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and associated controls.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, and perform repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble components as needed.

A day in the life:

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You should have:

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• EOE M/W/Disability/Vets
• Veterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
