Responsibilities

• Use HVAC skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble components, and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure proper operation of HVAC equipment and related components.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician with specialization in commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and controls.
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required).
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
