ColonialWebb in Gaithersburg, MD seeks experienced HVAC Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large commercial HVAC systems and related controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician with troubleshooting, servicing and repair of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls.
• Journeyman license is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and perform repairs.

A day in the life:

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systemsDiagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components

You should have:

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
