ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our Central Virginia Building Services team in Richmond. You will use your HVAC skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial systems, with a focus on complex heating and cooling equipment and their controls.

The role emphasizes diagnosing faults, performing maintenance, and safely working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as HVAC Service Technician in commercial/industrial HVAC environments.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain HVAC systems and related controls.
• Journeyman license preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and associated control systems.
• Test parts, disassemble/assemble components, and perform necessary repairs.

A day in the life:

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components.

You should have:

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment
• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls
• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
