Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our Service team. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service complex commercial refrigeration systems while providing exceptional support to our customers.

As a hands-on technician, you will uphold safety standards, document work details using mobile tech, and communicate with service coordinators to ensure timely, quality service across commercial environments.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification is required upon hire.
• 5+ years of refrigeration, HVAC, or service technician experience.
• Experience on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of IIAR, RETA, and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Service and maintain evaporative condensers, control systems, and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections according to customer agreements
• Rebuild and repair commercial and industrial compressors
• Utilize mobile technology to document work orders, inspections, and service activities
• Communicate regularly with service coordinators regarding job status and customer needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment
