Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians with strong commercial HVAC experience to join our growing team in Charlottesville, VA. Use your HVAC skills to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.

Qualifications

• Work experience as an HVAC service technician with strong commercial/industrial HVAC expertise.
• Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain complex heating and cooling systems and related controls.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and journeyman-level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain medium to large HVAC systems and controls.
• Diagnose breakdown causes, test parts with instruments, disassemble and reassemble components.

A day in the life:

Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to HVAC equipment and associated components.

You should have:

• Work experience as a HVAC Service Technician with a specialization in troubleshooting, servicing and repairing commercial and Industrial HVAC equipment.


• Highly skilled at diagnosing, repairing and performing maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and related controls.


• Applicable Journeyman's license (preferred, but not required)


• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
