ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead field operations on commercial projects in Newport News, VA. You will supervise mechanics and helpers, provide technical guidance, and ensure installations, retrofits, and service work meet safety, budget, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes safety, effective collaboration with Construction and Project Managers, interpreting drawings, and directing day-to-day activities to keep work progressing on schedule in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent on commercial HVAC projects.
• In-depth experience and knowledge of commercial HVAC systems.
• Journeyman’s or Master’s HVAC license (preferred, not required).
• Ability to interpret drawings and plans.
• Safety minded with knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions.
• High energy level for dynamic, fast-paced workload.

ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to provide field leadership and technical support for commercial HVAC projects. As our HVAC Foreman, you will work on change-outs, retrofits, and installations for medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Additionally, you will direct the day-to-day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers to ensure projects are completed safely and in accordance with budget and quality standards.

• Journeyman’s or Master’s HVAC License (preferred, not required)
• Ability to interpret drawings and plans
• Safety minded and thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Ability to utilize judgement to make decisions, independently.
• High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workload
