Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Service Technician – HVAC II to install, troubleshoot, and startup commercial HVAC systems at customer sites. You will log equipment data, manage paperwork, and participate in on-call rotations as required.

A valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience are required. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer communication, with opportunities to contribute to projects and growth within MSS’s growing team in

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation manuals, and written directions.
• Ability to write reports.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and startup commercial HVAC systems (DX up to ~25 tons).
• Log equipment conditions and refrigerant/electrical circuits.
• Drive to and from customer sites as needed.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff and Customers.
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal call-backs and accurate paperwork.
• Observe and report unsafe work environments and contribute to on-call rotations.
