Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician – HVAC to support our growth. You will assist senior technicians and perform preventive maintenance on commercial systems, including DX units and related equipment.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to safety. Expect field work, client interaction, and detailed recordkeeping as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Ability to understand mechanical drawings and equipment specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for DX equipment over 25 tons.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior HVAC technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance contracts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain light commercial equipment.
• Log HVAC equipment data and complete project paperwork.
• Maintain safety practices and proper use of tools and vehicles.
