Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC in Lexington, SC is seeking a Service Technician – HVAC II to install, troubleshoot and start up commercial HVAC systems, including DX equipment up to 25 tons, heat pumps, and related controls. This is a hands-on role for experienced technicians who thrive in a growth-focused environment.

You will manage field tasks, communicate with team members and customers, complete paperwork accurately, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and startup commercial HVAC systems up to 25 tons.
• Log refrigerant/electrical circuits and equipment condition.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
• Communicate with Team Lead, Coordination Staff, Sales Staff and Customers.
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal call-backs.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Observe and report unsafe work environments.
• On-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain company tools and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned by the company.
