• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and workload.
• Physical stamina in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to optimize performance and prevent problems.
• Install, repair, or replace components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and complete assignments.
• Communicate with customers professionally, explain repair options, and provide recommendations.
• Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs, parts used, and time spent.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to enhance skills.

About the Role: As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems.

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:
