Job summary

Lochridge Priest Home Services is seeking a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician in Texas. Earn hourly pay plus commission, with opportunities across Waco, Corsicana, and Temple.

The role emphasizes diagnosing and repairing HVAC/refrigeration, presenting equipment recommendations, and delivering top customer service. Requirements include 3–5 years HVAC experience, HVAC degree or equivalent with certification, EPA Type II preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• EPA Type II certification (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Present recommendations for new equipment and provide value to customer.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
• Attend periodic company or manufacturer training.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Consistently work with and handle at least 50lbs.
