Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure the work site complies with OSHA regulations and Corvant Safety protocols.
• Manage and schedule installation of HVAC materials and equipment.
• Maintain contact with General Contractors to track installation dates.
• Coordinate purchase orders and material/equipment needs with purchasing.
• Coordinate delivery of material to the job site.
• Verify material lists and compatibility.
• Keep project status updated for on-time delivery.
• Lay out crews to install on scheduled dates.
• Attend and participate in GC meetings.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and share signed forms with the GC and Corvant Safety team.
• Walk the job to coordinate with Foreman and installers.
• Direct the quality control technician and maintain schedule.
• Identify problems needing correction.
• Follow up on purchase orders and extra work.
• Maintain open communication with Trade Partners.
• Manage subcontractors to meet contract and company requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with Corvant policies, standards, and regulations.
• Be reachable after hours and on weekends for emergencies.
