Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal/external clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and issues with tact and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and schedule customer service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with service needs.
• Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
• Ensure work meets customer expectations and follow up as needed.
• Resolve or escalate customer inquiries, and assist with daily billing flows.
• Maintain accurate customer account information in NxGen; support WIP management.
