Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and direct the execution of service agreements and repair work, including procuring labor and materials within financial standards.

You will interact with Field Technicians and Project Managers to prioritize work and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with onsite work Monday through Thursday and flexible location choice on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with 1 year related experience and/or training, or 3 years of related experience.
• Must have excellent Customer Service skills and be comfortable on the phone.
• Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to projects.
• Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs and availability.
• Communicates with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technicians to assign/dispatch technicians.
• Addresses customer concerns by routing to staff and responding to requests.
• Generates work orders and project paperwork; prepares reports.
