Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems; previous experience as an Installer, Maintenance, or Service Technician
• Ability to work independently; good problem-solving skills
• Proven HVAC sales experience, with a preference for direct selling to consumers

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment
• Present comfort options of HVAC products and services to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services to customers
• Record call information and complete paperwork accurately; collect payment when due
• Maintain vehicle stock and equipment; communicate with dispatch on status
