Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance on HVAC systems. You will diagnose issues, provide timely resolutions, and communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. Expect a collaborative team, professional growth, and competitive benefits in a permanent on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience with technical training certification.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Record service details and collect payments as required.
• Communicate with dispatch to report status and availability.
• Promote services and parts to customers.
