Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Selling Technician to perform diagnostic and service work on residential HVAC systems and accessories. You will communicate with customers, present options, and drive product and service sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• HVAC system diagnosis and service on residential and light commercial equipment.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC equipment with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with customers, explain repairs and options, and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect and diagnose HVAC, water heaters, and related systems.
• Order and transport parts, complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with dispatch and promote products and services to customers.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold company standards.
