Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced HVAC service professional to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate options and educate customers while delivering top‑notch service and promoting our products and services.

Ideal candidates have HVAC technical training, EPA/safety certifications, and a proven track record in customer-facing sales.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems; previous experience as an Installer, Maintenance, or Service Technician.
• Proven HVAC sales experience, with a preference for experience with direct selling to consumers.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to understand customer concerns and translate into business solutions.
• EPA and safety certifications required; ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service/maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional manner.
• Present comfort options of HVAC and water heater products and services to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork, and collect payments as needed.
