Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive revenue through service and preventive maintenance contract sales across hospitals, schools, manufacturing and multi-site facilities in Central and Northern New Jersey. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in commercial HVAC or building systems sales, with a proven track record of securing new business.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Ability to sell service and maintenance agreements.
• Experience selling to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
• Develop and manage a Central & Northern NJ territory.
• Close new business and drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry leader. Commission offers a competitive base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission. You will make well into six figures and will have residual income opportunity.

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience; however, we will also consider candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc..)
