Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative for a well-established regional mechanical services contractor in New Jersey. You will sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, and retail facilities across Central and Northern NJ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or equivalent in building systems sales.
• Experience selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, industrial parks, property management, and retail facilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
• Develop and manage relationships within Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195) to achieve revenue targets.
• Generate uncapped commissions and contribute to a six-figure income through strong sales performance.
