Aspire Talent Solutions in Central/Northern New Jersey seeks an HVAC Service Manager to lead the commercial HVAC service department, supervising 25 technicians and driving growth. Qualifications

• Proven leadership of service teams in HVAC or similar

• Track record of improving service metrics and gross margins
• Experience supervising multiple technicians in a field service setting

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, bill and close service, warranty and emergency jobs
• Develop and manage P&L budgets; meet revenue and gross margin targets
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers and technicians to execute plans
• Perform monthly financial performance analyses and report to management
• Oversee asset management including inventory and service vehicles
• Foster high-performance culture with annual performance reviews and development
• Supervise, train and develop 25 HVAC service technicians

Job description

One of Central/Northern New Jersey's leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a HVAC Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service,warranty,and emergency jobs.
• Responsible fordeveloping a P&L budget andmeeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.
• Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.
• Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians(25 Technicians)

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
