Tom Trese Networking LLC in New Jersey is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to supervise the commercial HVAC service department. The role focuses on scheduling, execution, billing, and completion of service, warranty, and emergency jobs, while developing the P&L budget and achieving revenue and gross margin targets.

Ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of leadership in commercial HVAC services, with a proven track record and stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, execute, bill, and complete service, warranty, and emergency jobs.
• Develop and manage a P&L budget and hit revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans.
• Perform monthly financial performance analysis and report to management; take corrective action as needed.
• Oversee asset management including inventory and service vehicles.
• Build a high-performance culture with annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop 25 HVAC Service Technicians.

One of Central/Northern New Jersey’s leading HVAC Mechanical Companies has an immediate need for a HVAC Service Manager to supervise and manage the commercial HVAC service department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the scheduling, execution, billing and completion of service,warranty,and emergency jobs.
• Responsible for developing a P&L budget and meeting revenue and gross margin targets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and technicians to execute plans and programs.
• Responsible for executing monthly financial performance analysis. Reports the information in an effective manner to management and takes corrective action as needed.
• Responsible for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.
• Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development initiatives.
• Supervise, train, and develop all branch HVAC Service Technicians(25 Technicians)

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 4-5+ years of experience leading and growing a commercial HVAC service department. Must have a stable employment history and proven track record for success.
