The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive revenue through service and preventive maintenance contract sales across hospitals, schools, manufacturing and multi-site facilities in Central and Northern New Jersey. • Ability to sell service and maintenance agreements.
• Experience selling to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
• Develop and manage a Central & Northern NJ territory.
• Close new business and drive revenue growth.
• Present proposals and negotiate terms.
