Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the commercial and residential services sector in Ashland, VA.

You will lead generation, qualify opportunities, and close new business with clients such as property managers and building owners. You will collaborate with engineering, estimating, dispatch, and service operations to develop accurate proposals, present ROI, and secure annual renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and close new business opportunities through cold calling, local networking, and following up on technician-generated field leads.
• Contract & Solution Selling: Educate clients on the total cost of ownership (TCO) and ROI of long-term commercial or residential preventative service agreements.
• Proposal & Quote Management: Assess client mechanical systems, collaborate with engineering/estimating teams, and draft accurate, profitable service proposals.
• Account Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with current property managers, building owners, or residential clients to secure recurring revenue and annual contract renewals.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner directly with the dispatch and service operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff from the closed sale to project execution.
