Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking a Maintenance Solutions Consultant to generate new mechanical project solutions, maintain client relationships, and provide cost‑effective HVAC proposals. You will survey systems, interpret drawings, and estimate repair costs while driving quotes and engagements with customers.

The role requires 2–5+ years in HVAC service or related fields, strong sales ability, and solid MS Office/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years' experience in HVAC commercial service or related field.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, including cost modeling for consulting proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision‑making is required.

Responsibilities

• Mine for new accounts, develop mechanical project solutions, maintain client relationships.
• Follow through with each client and opportunity from appraisal to quote.
• Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions; estimate repair/modification costs.
• Address customer concerns and provide prompt, cost‑effective solutions.
