Job summary

ModernControls, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Contract Sales Representative to support the growth of our service business through the sale of maintenance agreements and service contracts.

This position requires developing new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers in a fast-paced environment. Preferred candidates have experience in HVAC systems, sales processes, and a strong understanding of technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or service sales.
• Familiarity with BAS platforms such as Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Honeywell.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and service scopes.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect and generate leads for maintenance agreements and services.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with decision-makers.
