Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
• HVAC field service experience 5+ years preferred; Bachelor's degree also considered.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, focusing on excellent customer service.
• Drive sales growth by identifying potential new customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of HVAC services.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them understand the benefits and functionalities of our HVAC systems.
• Regularly travel to assigned territories to meet with customers and potential clients.
• Stay updated with the latest HVAC products and services, using this knowledge to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
