We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Service Sales Account Executive to join our HVAC division. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales and customer service, with a strong focus on HVAC systems. This position will require regular travel to assigned territories, with occasional overnight stays to meet the needs of the district.

Salary: $90,000 - $200,000 per year.

Locations: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas.

• Drive sales growth by identifying potential new customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. HVAC certification and 5 years of HVAC field service experience are preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree will be considered.
• Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
• Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the HVAC or engineering industry.
• Exceptional customer-service and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and foster relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned territory, with occasional overnight travel based on the needs of the District.
• Working knowledge of sales and product and service subject matter related to HVAC systems.
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
