MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions in Kennewick, WA is seeking an Account Executive to represent our building controls capabilities to architects, MEP consultants, and contractors in the Tri-Cities market.

You will develop retrofit proposals, write specifications, prepare estimates, and grow our customer base, while collaborating with estimating, engineering, and field teams to deliver outcomes that meet project requirements and deliver value.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in building controls sales or hands-on field experience installing building controls.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building automation/control systems.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage customer commitments.

• Own the sales process from identifying opportunities through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers.
• Develop strategies to grow sales and profitability within the assigned market.
