Job summary

The role focuses on pipeline development, planning, and activity management to expand our service offerings. You will build relationships with commercial and industrial clients, cold call to generate opportunities, and work with the Service Sales team to maximize local territory performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a construction/industrial setting.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Commercial HVAC/mechanical and energy conservation.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with customers, owners and property management decision makers.
• Enhance business development through cold calling, prospecting, and heavy networking.
• Successfully close deals to promote business development and growth.
• Sell heating and cooling system preventive maintenance packages and service agreements to commercial and industrial clients.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Handle workload under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
