Job summary

Trane Technologies in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources for service agreements and repairs.

You will liaise with Field Technicians, Project Managers, and the Parts Department to ensure timely, efficient execution within financial standards. Strong customer service and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Three years related experience and/or training, or five years with HS Diploma/GED.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort on the phone.
• Organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems or Temperature Controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on needs and availability.
• Interact with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign technicians.
• Coordinate operations with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and routing to staff.
