Job summary

Trane Technologies in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Service Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and direct activities of operational resources and service agreements. You will interact with Field Technicians, Project Managers and the Parts Department to ensure on-time execution within financial standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one year related experience and/or training; or three years of related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, phone comfort and ability to multi-task.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and HVAC controls preferred.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch and assign team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment.
• Communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Technicians to assign work.
• Coordinate with Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Generate work orders and prepare project paperwork.
